14-day money-back guarantee

If a paid plan isn't right for you, email hello@getseoguard.com within 14 days of your first payment, or of a yearly renewal, and you'll get it back in full. You don't need to give a reason. This is at least the 14 days the law gives consumers in the UK and the EU to change their minds.

After that

You can cancel at any time from the Plan page. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for and doesn't renew. We don't refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it or where we got something wrong, such as charging you twice.

Payments from countries we don't sell to yet

If a payment is made with a billing address in a country where paid plans aren't available yet, the subscription is cancelled and refunded in full automatically.

How refunds arrive

Our plans are sold by Paddle.com, so refunds are made by Paddle, to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. You can also ask Paddle directly, under its refund policy.
